If a partnership visa application that MyLaw accepts and prepares is declined, MyLaw refunds its full professional fee.

It does not apply where the decline is based on:

  • health requirements;
  • character requirements; or
  • the client not following MyLaw’s guidance and advice on providing relationship evidence.

What is excluded?
The guarantee does not apply where the decline is based on health or character requirements, or where the client did not follow MyLaw's guidance and advice on providing relationship evidence.
Is this a guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No. No one can guarantee an immigration outcome. This is a refund of MyLaw's professional fee if an application we prepare is declined, subject to the conditions above.
